We had a fantastic time at this hotel nestled in the mountains. The cleanliness of the place was beyond our expectations, and the service from check-in to check-out was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the mesmerizing Onsen experience with breathtaking views, although the outdoor area could have been a bit more maintained. The dining was another highlight, with both breakfast and dinner being absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a great vacation spot if you're looking for a memorable stay in Japan!
